These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website Anime Collective Lab ("Website") and any purchases made through it. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this Website, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

1. General Provisions

  1. The Website is operated by Anime Collective Lab ("Company"), a business engaged in the sale of anime merchandise to domestic and international customers.
  2. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Website or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  3. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted during checkout, including name, address, and contact details, is accurate and complete.

2. Product Information

  1. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Actual product colors and details may vary due to lighting, photography, and device display settings.
  2. The Company strives to ensure product descriptions are accurate; however, errors may occur. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to correct inaccuracies without liability.

3. Orders and Payment

  1. An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and verified.
  2. Accepted payment methods include:
    1. Bank transfer
    2. E-wallets
  3. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Domestic Shipping

  1. Domestic orders are shipped via recognized courier services. Tracking information is provided upon dispatch.

4.2 International Shipping

  1. International delivery times vary by destination country.
  2. Customers are fully responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any additional charges imposed by their local authorities.

4.3 Delivery Delays

  1. The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances.
  2. The Company will assist in tracking or investigating delayed shipments, but cannot guarantee expedited resolution.

5. Refunds, Returns, and Customer Complaints

5.1 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Customers are entitled to file a complaint if the item received:

  • Shows manufacturing defects
  • Arrived damaged during shipment
  • Does not match the item ordered (wrong model, size, culor, etc.)

Complaint conditions:

  1. Complaints must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of the goods.
  2. Customers must provide:
    1. Clear photos/videos of the item
    2. Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
    3. A detailed explanation of the issue
  3. The Company will review the complaint within 1–3 business days.
  4. If the complaint is approved, the Customer may choose:
    1. Refund (partial or full, depending on the case), or
    2. Replacement (subject to stock availability)
  5. Note: For limited-edition or pre-order items, replacements may not be available.

5.2 Lost or Undelivered Packages

  1. If a shipment is lost in transit, the Company will initiate an investigation with the courier.
  2. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the courier confirms the loss, according to their investigation policies.
  3. International claims may require extended processing times.

5.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  1. Customer selecting the wrong size, color, or product
  2. Change of mind after the order has been processed
  3. Damage caused by customer misuse or negligence
  4. Delays not caused by the Company

6. Refund Process

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  3. For international orders, transaction fees or currency conversion charges may be deducted by the payment provider and are the Customer's responsibility.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  1. Customers must ensure the accuracy of shipping information.
  2. Customers must comply with their local customs regulations.
  3. Customers are responsible for understanding these Terms before placing an order.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  1. The Company collects and uses personal data solely for order processing, customer service, and operational purposes.
  2. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except:
    1. Courier services (for delivery purposes)
    2. Payment processors (for transaction purposes)
    3. When required by law

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or purchased products.
  2. The Company's total liability for claims related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
